Alguna vez Billy Corgan fue un hombre bueno, creativo, dedicado y, claro, un poco ególatra, nos leyeron bien: “un poco”. Ese sujeto estuvo acompañado durante más de una década por tres personas que controlaban esa locura, pero que desde que ya no están, muestra señales de narcicismo, hiperactividad y ausencia.

Como un intento de rescatar a Corgan y mantener la esperanza en los fans, EMI lanzará una redición de toda la discografía de los Pumpkins con material inédito; el año pasado fue Gish y Siamese Dream, es el turno de Pisces Iscariot, la recopilación original de 1994 que contiene joyas como el cover “Lanslide” de Fleetwood Mac, “Frail and Bedazzled” y “Starla”.

Habrá una versión estándar y otra de lujo con demos y descartes impresionantes como “My Dahlia”, “There It Goes” y “Vanilla” (si no los has escuchado, hazlo ahora mismo); también contendrá un DVD en vivo de un concierto grabado en 1988 y, por si fuera poco, un demo cassette con seis temas.
